Paul Krauss, MA LPC 

Hailing from Lansing, Michigan, Paul Krauss brings 10 years of experience working as a counselor in both Phoenix and Chicago to the Grand Rapids community. Paul is passionate about the efficacy of counseling as the best preventative medicine for life concerns and mental health. Paul is an expert in many areas, including utilizing EMDR therapy for recovery from trauma, anxiety, and depression. He is an expert at helping the parents of young adults and teenagers who are having difficulties. Billie Walters, LMSW

Having spent the majority of her life in a rural area, surrounded by nature, Billie Walters has grown to understand the power of perspective. "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly." ~Proverb. Billie uses an integrative approach to counseling that includes Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self-Compassion as well as other holistic approaches to help guide her clients toward healing. Nicole Vega, LMSW CHC 

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Nicole brings an authentic and grounded presence to her practice with clients. As a former corporate consultant, Nicole has many years working in medical social work where she has seen a wide variety of patience and techniques utilized to bring about improved functioning and healing. Nicole combines her training as a therapist with her additional training as a certified health coach, allowing her to utilize a more holistic and integrative perspective when working with clients. Nicole has been in the field of behavioral health since 2008 and has worked as a caseworker, employment training specialist, case manager, social service manager, medical social worker, consultant and coach. When Nicole is not working as a counselor, she is spending her time as a busy mother of two. Adam Nash , MA LLPC

Having grown up in Minnesota Adam moved to Michigan to pursue his Masters in Counseling with a focus on working with Teenagers; Adam has over 10 years of experience working with Teens in various setting and has a passion for seeing people grow and reach their goals. Adam uses many techniques to help his clients reach their goals with a focus on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Adam brings in techniques from Mindfulness and Play Therapy to best reach his client’s needs and help them grow.  Well not helping clients to reach their goals Adam can be found Playing Guitar, Hiking, and watching or playing Hockey. Having experienced the transformative effects of hypnotherapy in my own life, I am delighted to share this wonderful, emerging modality with my clients. Having served as a pastor and talk therapist for many years, I have recently moved from Chicago to Grand Rapids.   In my therapy, I draw upon my experience in the ministry and I am particularly attuned to people who are grieving losses of various kinds.  I have an intuitive style, “get” people and enjoy them. I am client- centered, believe strongly in the power of humor and have an enormous respect for the individuality of persons.  I am trained as a somatic experiencing therapist, which employs body awareness in treating trauma.  As a grandparent, I have a seasoned perspective, take things in stride a little more, and expect the unexpected.  Through the years many couples and families have shared their pains and hopes, and I have journeyed with them through listening and prayer.   I enjoy working with people of all ages. Jen Belmonte holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan, and has over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families in both outpatient mental health and acute medical settings.  She also has a certification in Health Coaching, with a focus on family health. Through her work with both children and adults, she seeks to assist clients in re-integrating body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Nicole Cain, ND MA

Dr. Cain earned her Naturopathic Medical Degree at the federally accredited medical school the Southwest Center for Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona. Dr. Cain holds a Master's degree in Psychology as well. Dr. Cain is passionate about getting to the root cause of her patient's difficulties and working with them to experience true healing.
